Backerkit surveys locking in one week

Hi everyone, we're just dropping in to let you know that we will be locking filled out Backerkit surveys on Monday, Feb 14.
What does this mean?
This means that you will no longer be able to add or remove any add ons you may have purchased through Backekit. Once we lock the surveys, Backerkit will charge cards for add ons. If you did not purchase any add ons through Backerkit, you will not be charged.
Will I still be able to change my address once the surveys are locked?
Yes, addresses will still be updatable until we are ready to start sending packages out, which will be sometime in the spring. We will give advance warning before we lock addresses.
As a reminder, our anticipated delivery date is May 2022. If you are worried about why you have not yet received your rewards, that is why. They are still in the process of being made. Thank you for your continued patience.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for your continued patience as we wrangled holidays and Backerkit at the same time. Surveys are beginning to go out. So far, we've sent out a test batch. Once we can confirm that those are working, we will send out the rest of the surveys, so keep an eye out (and check spam folders) for your email this week. We will send out another update once the surveys have all gone out. If your pledge errored during the campaign and you didn't get a chance to fix it, Backerkit will allow you to do so. When you are going through the survey, take a moment to look on the upper right side of the page. This will show items that are already in your cart because they came with your pledge. There will be no need to add them from the add ons menu if you have already pledged for them during the campaign. Doing so will add a balance due at the end of your survey. We will be keeping surveys open for the next four weeks, after which we will lock them. At that time, if you purchased any add ons through Backerkit, you will be charged for these items. Once the surveys are locked, you will not be able to add or remove any items from your pledge. You will still be able to update your address until we are ready to fulfill packages, so don't worry if you are moving in the next few months. Thank you again for your continued support!

Funds have finally arrived!

Hi everyone, just a quick update. After some initial delays from Kickstarter's end, we have finally received our funds from this project. We are now going to place the order for all of the rewards and goodies. We are finishing the last few scheduled conventions of the year, after which we will start working on sending out surveys. They will likely go out sometime in the third week of December. For people who got dropped due to errored cards/pledges, you will receive a link through Backerkit to fix your information, in case you would still like to be a part of our project. We plan to keep surveys open for two weeks, after which we will be locking everyone's orders and charging for any add ons. You will be able to update addresses right up until we get ready to send out your packages, so no worries if you are planning to move in the near future. Thank you all for your patience. We will provide information about surveys once this convention season is over.

Thank you so much to everyone who pledged for items from our project! We could not be happier with how things went, or more grateful for your support. It means the world to us.
So what happens now?
Kickstarter will now begin collecting the money from all of the pledges. For anyone who may receive an errored pledge message, double check that your billing info is correct and your payment method is not expired. We will be contacting people who receive errors in order to fix any mistakes. Kickstarter will give you a week to pay for your pledge, after which it will be canceled out.
The collected money will be held by Kickstarter for two weeks, after which it will be released to us. Once it is released, we will order all of the goodies from the campaign, and they will go into mass production. Mass production will likely take 55-65 business days to complete on everything (things may slow down here because if supply chain/global shortage issues).
Once all of the manufacturing is done, the items will take a long boat ride that will take approximately two months before they come to us. We have estimated receiving everything sometime in May/June of next year, and will begin fulfillment as soon as we receive them.
